Bake with the Artisan Grain Collaborative

AGC is inviting bakers in Upper Midwest and beyond to bake for neighbors and friends. We are suggesting three different recipes to explore different ideas of bread: Adrian Hale‘s Communal Bread, a family friendly sourdough loaf; Bryan Ford’s Roti, A recipe made with sourdough discard; and Amy Halloran‘s cornbread.
